Export Services – Holiday Hours: The Export Services Division of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce will be closed from December 24th, 2025, at noon to January 1st, 2026. Please ensure urgent document certification requests are received prior to office closures. Regular operating hours will resume on January 2nd, 2026.

- Download the Letter of Waiver Form
- Email your completed Letter of Waiver with your company’s business registration to importexportservices@chamber.ca
- Upon receipt of your Letter of Waiver Form, we will email your login details
Important Note: If you are the manufacturer of the goods you intend to export, please send us a Manufacturer's Declaration (click here to download the Word document template), as the Chamber requires proof of origin for all goods listed on a Certificate of Origin.
